I cannot get this picture from Garance Dore out of my head.
I am stunned by how much I like it...I never thought that dressing head-to-toe in marshmallow bunny pink could look so good.
It got me thinking...could it work any other way? I had to at least try.

Happy Mother's Day!
I'm having to miss the festivites of the day due to this lousy persistent cold. I'm consoling myself with jam toast, and I may just sneak in a cappuccino. My good sense says no, but my caffeine headache says YES.

A hairdo, a 3-hour nap, and some Tom Kha soup were enjoyable parts of my otherwise sickly day. Now I'm swimming in Throat Coat tea and enjoying an episode of Friends that I've probably already seen 3489 times. That's the magic of the sitcom.
