too bad it gets dark at 4:30 now

And here is another blazer. I do love finding blazers at the thrift store. The only problem is that they often involve massive shoulder pads, since they are usually from times past. I for one do not prefer the linebacker look, so I remove them. The shoulder pads in this particular blazer would not leave without a fight though...and after I wrestled them out I decided I should document their enormity:

I found those fantastic chairs in the alley. It was quite the task lugging them home though, since they wouldn't fit in my car. I'm pretty sure I looked ridiculous trying to juggle two awkward-to-carry chairs, but I was so happy with them that I didn't really care.

Secondhand blazer, Customized Old Navy Jeans, Urban Outfitters tights, JCPenney shoes. :)

Happy Thanksgiving!! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday. I'm very excited about it. I get to see my whole entire family, and that occurs maybe once a year. Also, there happens to be food involved, and that's always a plus.

I do like that outfit. Sorry I said you look like a flight attendant. I think it is because you were wearing that outfit when you picked me up at the airport so all I could think was flight attendant.

Cute Shoes! I usually find JCPenney promo codes so I can save when buying shoes.
