I've started carrying a little sketchbook around with me, due to the fact that my mind is always swirling about with ideas, inspirations, and just things I want to remember. It relieves stress and makes me happier just knowing that I have this little book full of exciting notions. For some reason it makes me feel more put together...

Anyway...could be something fun to try if you are the list-making type.

ive started a notebook too! Just to write things down, remember things, keep lists, write quotes, etc.

i wish i could draw though, my notebook would be so much better! do you draw in yours?
